Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a therapeutic practice that uses essential oils, extracted from plants, to promote physical, mental (psycho aromatherapy ) and spiritual well-being.
The molecules of essential oils are obtained with different techniques from the components of the plant: flowers, peel, branches, leaves.
These oils can be used through inhalation (directly or with a diffuser), skin application, or oral intake.
As an aromatherapist, I will guide you in the use of these oils.
My goal is to introduce you to this practice and integrate the use of oils into your daily routine. The combinations proposed are common remedies based on essential oils, ideal for those who are new to this discipline.
For experts, however, we have selected products that offer the necessary depth and quality of assortment. We hope that our selection will be to your liking.
My satisfaction will be complete only when, after purchase and use, you feel fully satisfied.

Terms used in aromatherapy and their meaning
Essential Oils │ EO : are molecules extracted from aromatic plant material (different parts of a plant). Essential oils are obtained through distillation or pressing from a specific variety of plant, maintaining distinctive characteristics such as flavor and smell. The properties of oils are related to the chemical profile of the molecules and vibrational frequencies. Essential oils can be taken in different ways: by air through the sense of smell, by epidermal through the skin and orally. Use can bring benefits through absorption through our bloodstream, through inhalation and activation of our olfactory receptors with consequent stimulation of the central nervous system, through our digestive system or through the reception of their frequencies and the effect on our energy "centers" or chakras.
Bio : The acronym Bio in essential oils indicates that the product was obtained from plants grown according to organic farming criteria. This means that during cultivation, chemical fertilizers, pesticides or other synthetic substances were not used. Organic essential oils are therefore considered purer and more natural than non-organic ones, and are often certified by competent bodies. Bio essential oils are edible .
Vegetable oils │ carriers : these are fats of vegetable origin that are usually liquid at room temperature. These oils are a mixture of lipids obtained mainly from fruits and oil seeds. In aromatherapy they are also defined as "carriers" because they have the ability to bind the oils to themselves and allow mixing with creams or soaps.
Bases : In aromatherapy, bases are usually neutral creams, soaps, cleansers, or lotions used as a means of diluting essential oils before applying them to the skin. This is because essential oils are very concentrated.
Accessories : Aromatherapy accessories include a variety of tools used to diffuse, apply, or store essential oils. These can include diffusers, crystals, bowls, mixing bottles, storage containers, pipettes, and more.
Combo : In aromatherapy, a combo refers to a specific combination of essential oils and related products (vegetable oils, bases, crystals) that are used together as a remedy. For example, a combo for a headache includes peppermint essential oils, crystal rolls, and almond vegetable oil.

CRYSTALS , WHY I USE THEM
Before becoming an aromatherapist I studied crystal therapy. It came naturally to me to use and combine the two elements. A combination that increases the effectiveness of essential oils. Properties of crystals:
Synergy with essential oils: Crystals can work synergistically with essential oils, amplifying their effects and properties. This can help process the energies and changes initiated by aromatherapy.
Vibrations : Essential oils and crystals have vibrations that can interact with our body, mind, emotions and energies. This can lead to changes through olfactory stimulation and through the exchange of energies with our body and aura.
Relaxation and Well-Being : Using crystals can help reduce tension and promote relaxation. Additionally, crystals can be used to rebalance the body's energies, leading to greater vitality and overall health.
Personal Use : Crystals can be used in a variety of ways, such as wearing them, placing them on a body part, meditating on them, sleeping on them, moving them, or displaying them. This can help balance the energy field, calm the mind, receive insights, and benefit from their vibrations.
