Returns and withdrawals

Purchases made on the website www.euodia.it by Lorenza Poletto are regulated by Italian law on mail order sales.

The cost of shipping costs, if incurred during the purchase phase, is not refunded. We only refund the value spent on the returned products.

If you have made a mistake in your purchase, or have purchased items that you did not want, or are otherwise not satisfied with your order, you have 15 working days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product(s) and being reimbursed for the expense.

Returns of unopened Essential Oils are accepted. In general we will accept returns of items as long as they are in like-new condition.

ATTENTION: the right of withdrawal is not foreseen, as indicated by law, for household/personal hygiene products delivered on a regular basis.
For returns from abroad: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and any customs costs that the courier requests when accepting the package will be deducted from the amount of the returned items (therefore the refund amount will be equal to the difference between the amount of the returned items and the amount of the customs costs).
Euodia reserves the right not to grant free returns in case of abuse of the service (exceeding 20% of the goods purchased in the last 12 months). Consequently, the return may be made at your own expense.

Euodia reserves the right not to allow returns in the case of requests for household/personal hygiene products delivered on a regular basis as per art. 59 of Legislative Decree 205/2006. Returns will NOT be accepted and it will NOT be possible to refund or replace the items if the returned products are opened, used or if they are not contained in the original packaging.

Damaged or non-compliant products: if you receive damaged or non-compliant goods, please notify us within 5 working days at info@euodia.it

How to request a return?

To exercise the right of withdrawal and start the return procedure for one or more items, write to info@euodia.it indicating the following information:

  • Name Surname, address

  • Order number

  • Content

  • Reason for return

  • Refund Method

Euodia will organize the collection of the goods by express courier at the agreed address. You will not have to pay any costs for the collection, it is paid by Euodia.

How to prepare the package for return?

You can use the same box in which you received the goods or any box suitable for the size of the product(s) to be returned.

If the product is fragile and at risk of damage during transport, take care to insert newspaper or other paper into the package.

Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice you received when placing your order in your package.
If necessary, include in the package the bank details for the refund to the current account or other refund methods.

Seal the box so that you can deliver a package suitable for transport to the courier.

How does the refund work?

The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned package.

The refund methods are as follows:

  • If the order was paid by Credit Card, you can request the amount to be credited to your Credit Card;

  • If the order was paid with Paypal, you can request the amount to be credited to your Paypal account;

  • Or you can request a refund in the form of a Credit / Value Voucher to be used on Euodia.it
